Advocare meal replacement shake- blended with 1 cup water and handful of ice cubes
2 Advocare white vitamin packets

Snack

soy cappucino

Between Meals

30 min prior to lunch-  Advocare yellow vitamin packet

Lunch
Salad- strawberries, lettuce, spinach, onion, cucumber, walnuts, balsamic
Veggies & hommus (carrots, broccoli, celery)
