Daily Recipe

Vegetable soup with lentils

Ingredients
Beef broth (unsalted)
onion (white 1 whole)
celery (3 stalks)
Zucchini (1)
carrot (1)
Lentils (2 cups)
bay leaf (2)
ginger (fresh Tbsp)
garlic (3 cloves)
diced tomatoes (1 can)
cayenne- to taste
paprika- to taste
black pepper-to taste


Cook at a simmer for 1 hour, bring to boil- add lentils, cook 20 more minutes
