Salad- lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cucumber, tomato, sun flower seeds, onion, celery, garlic expressions dressing
1 Pear
2 Advocare White vitamin packets
Snack
Banana
1 slice grain toast- hummus, sprouts, cucumber
15 min prior to exercise
3 Catalyst
60 min level 2.5 pilates
Dinner
Egg whites- spinach, tomato, onion, garlic, pepper. Topped with salsa
1 grain toast- guacamole
Earl Grey Tea
